Dominic Vallely

Dominic is a chartered fire safety engineer and has been involved in fire safety since 1985; serving initially as an operational fire fighter and then specializing in fire safety with a national company before progressing to fire safety engineering.

He studied fire engineering to degree level part time and achieved chartered status in December 2002. He is an active member of the institution of fire engineers and has also served as group chairman for three years up until June 2009.

Dominic became a trustee in January 2009 and is responsible for governance. One of his children was badly burn-injured as a child and he is determined to assist the charity in its aims to alleviate the effects of burn injuries to children and their families.
